How fast can we actually be live?

We set up your chatbot within one business day. Connect your own AI provider keys, drop in your help-center URL and a policy PDF, then paste a two-line script onto your site or connect your WhatsApp Business number. You'll receive login credentials and an embed snippet, and real customers can be on the agent the same week.

How does pricing work?

Two plans, same full product. Pay ₹999/mo + GST ($11/mo international) billed monthly, cancel anytime — or pay once for a lifetime license at ₹11,999 + GST ($130 international) and use it forever with no recurring fees. WhatsApp is included in both. Optional add-ons — CRM integrations (₹5,000 / $60) and extra team seats (₹3,000 / $35 per 5) — are available on either plan. No per-seat fees, no per-conversation tax — and you bring your own AI keys, so inference stays on your bill at your rate.

"Bring your own keys" — what does that mean?

You paste in your own AI provider keys — Anthropic or Groq for the language model, and Voyage AI for knowledge-base search (all have free tiers). They're encrypted at rest, decrypted only at inference time, and never shared with other workspaces. Every chat uses your keys against your provider, so cost and usage stay on your bill — typically ₹500–2,000/month depending on volume. Revoke or rotate any time.

Does it really cite sources, or is that marketing?

Every answer your customer gets is grounded in retrieved passages from your knowledge base. In the dashboard, each response shows the exact chunks that were used. If retrieval confidence is low, the agent either asks a clarifying question or hands off to a human — it does not improvise.

How secure is it?

On Klovac Cloud every workspace is isolated by strict access controls, with conversations and BYOK keys encrypted at rest. You get governance controls built in — role-based team access, topic allow/block lists, approval mode, an IP allowlist, configurable data retention, one-click GDPR data export, and a signed DPA. Your BYOK keys are encrypted in a dedicated vault and decrypted only at inference time.

How does the human handoff work?

You set the rules — low retrieval confidence, repeated fallbacks, sentiment dip, billing-related intents, or a customer just asking for a person. The conversation lands in your handoff inbox with the full transcript, the sources the agent considered, and a one-click "take over" button. The agent gets out of the way the moment a teammate joins.

Can we evaluate before going live?

Yes. Write the questions you expect customers to ask along with the answers you'd accept, and Klovac runs them against the live agent on every change. Pin a benchmark, gate deploys on it, and you've got CI for support.

Is WhatsApp really included?

Yes — WhatsApp Business integration is included in both plans at no extra cost. You'll need a Meta Business account and a WhatsApp Business phone number (Meta's own verification process, not a Klovac fee). Connect it in a few clicks with Meta Embedded Signup, and the same knowledge base and guardrails power both your website widget and WhatsApp.
